It is really easy to get tunnel vision to development target without considering other things that may be important or maybe even dangerous.
Just happened to me today when want to run some project, it is not able to run. Turns out there is many things changes that didn’t documented well that making it harder to know what causing the error.
Some real world example (maybe) like crowdstrike incident when there is a need to fast deployment and underestimating the impact of it.
